Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in managing and optimizing production plants, ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and safety compliance.
He has successfully managed multiple plants in the UAE and remotely overseen operations across other GCC countries. Naveen has a proven track record of establishing and leading three fully operational metal production facilities, driving them to achieve sustained success and operational excellence.
Abdul Bari is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 16 years of extensive experience in the fields of metal recycling, aluminium alloy production, and metal trading. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong technical and managerial background, contributing significantly to the growth and efficiency of the organisations he has worked with.
His expertise spans across the entire value chain of the aluminium industry — from scrap procurement and processing, through smelting and refining operations, to the production of high-quality secondary aluminium alloys such as ADC12 and other custom grades.
